Please find bellow a list of the required documents. Each document will need to be filled out to apply for a varsity student property. Student applications must be filled out by each person wanting to live at the property and each applicant must have a guarantor fill out a guarantee form.

In order to process your information, both you and your guarantor will need to complete an application form - one each. The original form including a signature should be forwarded to us within seven days of the reservation fee being paid or the property will be placed back on the market.

ALL people proposing to live in the property and aged eighteen or over are required to complete an application form and will be named in the tenancy agreement. Each applicant is also expected to provide a guarantor who must also fully complete an application form.

Regardless of individual circumstances full details are required for us to be able to proceed with applications.

PLEASE NOTE: THE APPLICATION FORM DOES NOT CREATE A TENANCY AGREEMENT

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BOTH YOU AND YOUR GUARANTOR WILL HAVE TO SIGN INDIVIDUAL AGREEMENTS PRIOR TO THE LET PROCEEDING

Additional information required to the forms will be:

Proof of Photo ID from you - photo driving licence card; photo University Student Card, etc

Proof of Photo ID from your guarantor, together with proof of residence (a utility bill, Council Tax bill, or bank statement showing their present address)
 

 

 

Student application form - Please ensure all sections are correctly filled out and returned to your local Varsity Student Lets Office with copies of IDs or the originals ready to be copied.

 

 

 

 

 

Guarantor form - Please ensure all sections are correctly filled out and returned to your local Varsity Student Lets Office or direct to the office dealing with the application with copies of IDs or the originals ready to be copied and proof of your current address.
