Property Inventories

As part of our services we ensure a inventory is in place and up-to-date to ensure the landlord and tenant are both protected. All items in the property will be listed on the student property inventory and housemates will be invited to make any required changes during the first days of the tenancy agreement.

Our inventory service is avalaible at all Countrywide Residential branches including the above (Fulfords, Hunters for Homes and Miller Countrywide).
